Manufacturing Cell Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure production and manufacturing operations adhere to all safety requirements and standards.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality control.
3. Develop and implement Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques to streamline production processes.
4. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
5. Ensure customer service is of the highest quality and that customer requirements are met.
6. Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve production processes and productivity.
8. Assist in the training and development of team members.
9. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure performance objectives are met.
10. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of materials.
