Job Description

At Graco, we are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated EDI Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our EDI systems, applications, and processes.This position requires an individual with strong technical knowledge of EDI, XML, and data mapping, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. A successful candidate will have a high degree of customer service orientation, a good understanding of relational databases, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.You must also have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, and be comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.We are seeking a self-starter who is eager to make an impact in a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain EDI systems, applications, and processes.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions.
  3. Analyze and resolve issues related to EDI, XML, and data mapping.
  4. Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  7. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
  8. Implement changes and enhancements to existing EDI systems.
  9. Develop and document EDI standards and procedures.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EDI technologies.
