Job Description

At Graco, we are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Associate Product Planner to join our team and help lead our organization to success. As an Associate Product Planner, you will be responsible for helping to create and execute product plans in order to ensure our products remain competitive and meet our customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and at least two years of experience in product planning. An understanding of the product development process, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities of an Associate Product Planner:

  1. Develop and execute product plans that meet customer needs and remain competitive in the market
  2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product plans are carried out
  3. Monitor and analyze product trends to ensure plans remain up to date
  4. Make recommendations to management on changes in product plans to keep up with customer needs
  5. Assist in the product development process to ensure products meet customer requirements
  6. Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all product plans
  7. Research and analyze competitor products to inform decisions
  8. Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to product plans
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure plans remain competitive
