Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair steam, electric, and gas fired heating equipment. Operate Johnson Controls Metasys building controls program. Log or use computerized work order system for repair and maintenance activities performed. Adhere to all EPA standards concerning the use of refrigerants.
