1. Produce high quality and unique products with a creative and innovative approach.
2. Work with other Artisans and Design and Merchandising teams to create luxury garments.

4. Maintain an excellent eye for detail and an understanding of quality control.
5. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and be able to incorporate them into the design process.

8. Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
