  1. Lead and drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions for our customers.
  2. Manage and coordinate complex technology programs to ensure successful execution.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide timely resolution.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  8. Collaborate with product teams to align program objectives with business goals.
  9. Conduct regular status meetings and provide regular status reports to project sponsors.
  10. Continuously monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in program management.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
  13. Participate in recruiting and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the program lifecycle.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on technical issues and solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: A Senior Technical Program Manager At Godaddy Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Technical Projects And Programs. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Best Practices.

  • Strong Technical Background: Godaddy Is A Technology-Driven Company, And A Senior Technical Program Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background To Effectively Manage Technical Projects. This Includes A Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field, As Well As Experience With Software Development Processes And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Position, The Technical Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Coordinate And Motivate Team Members, As Well As To Communicate With Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: A Senior Technical Program Manager At Godaddy Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables.
