Accounts Payable Manager

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, managing day-to-day operations and owning the monthly AP close. This individual will be expected to problem solve, develop processes and improve existing ones, while communicating with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Understand the full P2P cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems and drive issues to resolution including impact and risk assessments, status reporting and more. Review coding and subsidiary allocations for Accounts Payable invoices, credit card expenses, and petty cash posted to the General Ledger. Review banking support items for reconciliations, returned payments, positive pay exceptions. Research, resolve, and communicate invoicing issues, discrepancies, or outstanding balances on vendor accounts accordingly. Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
