Job Description

The Individual Giving and Events Manager is responsible for building, implementing and maximizing key fund development strategies and activities as it relates to individual giving. Manages assigned fundraising initiatives to ensure the achievement of annual goals and objectives. Leads the coordination and project management of fundraising special events and donor cultivation events. Identify potential major gift donors from within membership and alum donors to grow engagement and pipeline for increased giving, in collaboration with Individual Giving Director. Prepares and executes event project management and timelines schedule. Lead cultivation and recognition activities and events for Juliette Gordon Low Society.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in managing fundraising activities for 501(c)3 organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing fundraising plans and events

  • Current knowledge of Girl Scouting is preferred.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
