- Conduct in-depth analysis of trade operations processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for increased efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless flow of products to customers.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of trade operations processes and identify any issues or trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize supply chain costs.
- Utilize data and trends to forecast demand and plan production and shipment schedules.
- Maintain and update trade operations documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Identify and resolve any trade compliance issues to ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve trade operations processes.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues related to trade operations.
- Train and mentor team members on trade operations processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the trade operations department.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data and performing calculations.
- Proactively identify and address any potential supply chain disruptions or risks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new trade operations initiatives and projects.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Knowledge Of Trade Operations And Supply Chain Processes
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools
