We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join the team at Gillette!The ideal candidate will be a strategic and proactive marketer with a passion for understanding customer needs and driving growth. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 5 years of experience in a trade marketing role. You must be able to develop relationships with buyers and customers to ensure our products are well-positioned and supported in the marketplace.You will be a creative problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills. You must have a strong understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape. You must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the Gillette brand and excited to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Utilize market research and customer insights to develop and execute strategies to drive growth in trade markets
- Develop and manage relationships with buyers and customers to ensure successful product positioning in the marketplace
- Create and implement promotional programs and campaigns to drive sales
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and develop insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment with company goals
- Utilize best practices in retail and e-commerce to maximize brand presence and visibility
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
