We’re looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join the Gillette team and help us create and execute innovative strategies to maximize our market share in a highly competitive landscape. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute trade marketing plans to increase market presence.
  2. Foster relationships with customers and create loyalty programs.
  3. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies.
  4. Manage and track budget to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure the best price and quality.
  6. Develop reports and presentations on market trends and customer insights.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  9. Keep current on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Maintain a customer-focused attitude and provide superior customer service.
