Technical Training Specialist - Razor Technology

We are searching for an excellent Technical Training Specialist to join our Razor Technology team at Gillette. Our ideal candidate should have experience in technical training and teaching, a passion for learning, and a drive to help our team succeed. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and at least two years of experience in technical training or teaching. A background in science or technology is highly preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Create and deliver technical training materials to team members in a clear and concise manner.
2. Utilize adult learning principles to ensure effective training.
3. Monitor and assess the success of training sessions and develop new materials to address any identified training gaps.
4. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant technology and scientific developments in order to apply them to training sessions.
5. Develop and implement strategies to promote continuous learning and improvement among the team.
6. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to design and deliver effective training programs.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to access relevant educational resources.
8. Utilize various training methods such as lectures, role-playing, simulations, and digital/online learning to effectively engage learners.
9. Create and maintain records of training activities, progress, and results.
10. Develop and maintain a positive learning environment.
