The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in supply chain optimization or inventory management. The individual should be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and have excellent communication skills in order to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and develop solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
3. Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations on inventory management and replenishment strategies.
4. Analyze production planning and scheduling systems for optimization.
5. Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Track and analyze supplier performance and develop strategies to improve performance.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
8. Monitor changes in the supply chain industry to ensure Gillette stays competitive.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies.
10. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
