  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  3. Participate in the design and implementation of new production equipment and systems.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production line.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
  7. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and components are used in production.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes.
  11. Participate in product development projects and provide engineering support as needed.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on projects and progress.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of engineering processes and projects.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner to external stakeholders, such as customers and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field: The Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field To Be Considered For An Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer Role At Gillette. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Can Apply Them In A Manufacturing Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Various Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Such As Injection Molding, Machining, And Assembly. This Knowledge Is Essential For Troubleshooting And Optimizing Production Processes At Gillette.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software: As A Manufacturing Engineer At Gillette, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Designing And Optimizing Production Equipment And Tools. Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Such As Autocad Or Solidworks Is A Must-Have Skill For This Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Troubleshoot Production Issues. A Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Mindset Is Crucial For An Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer At Gillette.
