Job Description

At Gillette, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Market Research Analyst who can conduct research, analyze data, and interpret trends to help inform our business decisions.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in market research, economics, business, or a related field. They must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, they must have a strong understanding of data analytics, be able to analyze and interpret large data sets, as well as have an understanding of marketing and advertising techniques and strategies.We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, can think critically, and is able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. This position requires an individual who is passionate about understanding the consumer market and crafting insights and strategies that will help shape and drive Gillette’s business forward. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
  2. Analyze and interpret large data sets to inform business decisions.
  3. Develop insights and strategies to shape and drive Gillette’s business forward.
  4. Utilize data analytics and marketing and advertising techniques and strategies.
  5. Create reports summarizing research findings and make recommendations for action.
  6. Work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest market trends and consumer behavior.
  8. Provide feedback and insights to senior management.
  9. Utilize problem solving skills to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
