Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Market Research Analyst at Gillette. The ideal candidate will have a passion for market research and an aptitude for interpreting complex data to uncover insights. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in market research, statistics, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in market research or a related field. You should also be comfortable working with a variety of computer programs, such as Excel and SPSS, and be familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods. The ideal candidate should be driven, proactive, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute market research initiatives to identify and analyze consumer trends and preferences.
  2. Analyze data using various quantitative and qualitative methods to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
  3. Design surveys and experiments to uncover customer needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify research objectives and interpret data.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommend strategies.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Utilize Excel and SPSS to organize and analyze data.
  8. Remain up-to-date on market research best practices and industry trends.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners.
  10. Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
