We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Market Research Analyst to join the Gillette team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing key insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to help shape our strategy and product development.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in marketing, market research, data science, or a related field of study. Additionally, you should have at least three years of experience in market research and data analysis. You must also have the ability to communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and organized individual who has excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with different teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors that can inform product development and strategy.
  2. Develop survey questions and research plans to ensure accurate data collection.
  3. Utilize a variety of research techniques such as focus groups, interviews, surveys, and observational studies.
  4. Analyze raw data and interpret results for various stakeholders.
  5. Communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  7. Identify opportunities for growth based on customer insights.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest research and analytical tools.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations in order to share findings with various stakeholders.
  10. Participate in meetings to discuss research findings.
