  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of products.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  4. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  10. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  11. Ensure all manufacturing processes are in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  12. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  14. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software And Experience With Process Optimization And Improvement Techniques

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
