Job Description

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative and efficient manufacturing processes? We’re looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team at Gillette. You’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the production processes necessary to produce our world-renowned products.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field, preferably mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering. You should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and possess a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.If you’re excited about the challenge of making our manufacturing processes more efficient and have the required qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and maintain manufacturing processes for Gillette products.
  2. Analyze production requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Design and implement cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
  4. Monitor and optimize performance of existing production processes.
  5. Develop and execute plans for new production processes.
  6. Troubleshoot technical problems related to production processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  8. Prepare documentation and reports related to production processes.
  9. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to manufacturing personnel.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production.
