You’ll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the production processes necessary to produce our world-renowned products.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field, preferably mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering. You should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and possess a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain manufacturing processes for Gillette products.
- Analyze production requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
- Monitor and optimize performance of existing production processes.
- Develop and execute plans for new production processes.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to production processes.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to manufacturing personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production.
