Job Description

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Gillette team and make an immediate impact in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for the design and development of our products and processes in order to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in engineering, with an emphasis on manufacturing processes. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required, as well as experience with CAD/CAM software. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.If you're passionate about engineering, and have the skills and experience we're looking for, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

-Design and develop products and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality -Maintain knowledge of relevant engineering principles and practices -Utilize CAD/CAM software to create designs and simulations -Perform research to stay up to date on new developments in the field -Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product design and manufacturing -Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure projects are on track and meet company goals -Communicate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects -Document and report on the progress of projects and new designs -Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
