Job Description

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to join an industry leader? Gillette, the world's premier shaving and personal care company, is currently seeking an individual who can bring their knowledge and expertise in the field to our team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems and ensuring that products are produced in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. You must be an excellent problem solver and have strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with CAD, PLM, and PDM software is also a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to ensure products are produced in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  5. Leverage CAD, PLM, and PDM software to design and analyze process plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
