As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems and ensuring that products are produced in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. You must be an excellent problem solver and have strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with CAD, PLM, and PDM software is also a plus. Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to ensure products are produced in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Leverage CAD, PLM, and PDM software to design and analyze process plans.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
