  1. Operate and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality products in accordance with company standards.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the injection molding process.
  3. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  4. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop new and improved injection molding processes.
  6. Train and mentor new technicians on proper injection molding techniques and procedures.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and make recommendations for optimizing production efficiency and reducing costs.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status, issues, and recommendations.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, and ethical standards.

  • Experience With Injection Molding Machines: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Operating And Troubleshooting Various Types Of Injection Molding Machines.

  • Knowledge Of Mold Set-Up And Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar With Setting Up Molds, Performing Maintenance, And Making Necessary Adjustments To Ensure Optimal Performance And Production Efficiency.

  • Understanding Of Quality Control: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Procedures In Order To Ensure That Products Meet Gillette's High Standards.

  • Proficiency In Blueprint Reading: The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints Is Crucial For An Injection Molding Technician, As They Will Need To Accurately Follow Design Specifications And Make Adjustments As Needed.

  • Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills: A Successful Injection Molding Technician Should Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Technically Proficient In Order To Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues With The Machines Or Molds.
