Job Description

At Gillette, we are looking for an Industrial Designer who is passionate about innovation and design to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a unique combination of technical and artistic skills. This individual should possess a strong knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and materials. They should be a self-starter who is eager to learn, take initiative, and have a can-do attitude.The Industrial Designer will be responsible for developing products that meet the needs of our customers and our company. This involves researching, sketching, rendering, prototyping, and testing products. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field and at least five years of experience in product design. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for a leader with a passion for design and a commitment to creating innovative products that will exceed our customers’ expectations. Responsibilities:

  1. Research, sketch, render, prototype, and test products to meet the needs of customers and the company.
  2. Work independently as well as part of a team.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful product implementation.
  10. Document product design processes and maintain accurate records.
