Industrial Designer

At Gillette, we are looking for an Industrial Designer who will be responsible for driving the creativity and innovation behind the design of our products. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who has the technical and creative skills to turn our ideas into reality.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, accompanied by 3+ years of experience in industrial design. They will have an understanding of a wide range of materials, processes, and technologies, as well as a portfolio of their design work. They will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, able to create renderings and prototypes, and be a strong problem solver. Most importantly, they will have an enthusiasm for pushing the boundaries of product design and an eagerness to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative and innovative design of Gillette products
• Develop renderings and prototypes of products
• Actively research and develop new materials, processes, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address design challenges
• Stay up to date on current industry trends and design best practices
• Document and track all design progress
• Maintain a portfolio of design projects
