5+ Years Of Experience In A Similar Role: A Governance, Risk, Compliance Manager At Gillette Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Implementing Compliance Programs Within A Large Organization. This Experience Can Be Gained Through Working In A Similar Role In The Consumer Goods Industry Or Through A Financial Or Risk Management Background.
In-Depth Understanding Of Governance, Risk, And Compliance Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Governance, Risk, And Compliance Principles, Including Regulatory Requirements, Industry Best Practices, And Internal Policies And Procedures. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks And Ensure Compliance Within The Company.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Governance, Risk, Compliance Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Compliance Professionals.
