Relevant Aviation Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A First Officer Or Captain, Preferably With Experience Flying International Routes.
Valid Pilot License: Must Hold A Valid Airline Transport Pilot (Atp) License, As Well As Any Required Type Ratings For The Specific Aircraft Operated By Gillette.
Strong Communication Skills: Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Crew Members, Air Traffic Control, And Passengers.
Leadership Abilities: Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Cabin Crew Members And Communicate Effectively With Other Crew Members To Ensure A Safe And Efficient Flight.
Regulatory Compliance: Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Relevant Regulations And Safety Standards Set By The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) And Other Governing Bodies. This Includes Knowledge Of Emergency Procedures, Safety Protocols, And Operational Policies.
