We are looking for a highly-motivated Finance Analyst to join the Gillette team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and a high level of integrity.We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a finance or related role. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. CPA certification, or other professional certifications in finance, are a plus.We are looking for a candidate who is exceptionally organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively to produce results that drive business performance. Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to identify and evaluate business performance.
