Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative and ambitious Dermatology Research Scientist - Skin Care Formulations to join the Gillette team and help us propel our products to the next level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dermatology, skin care formulation, and research methodologies. Our ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have an understanding of the regulatory requirements related to skin care products. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to effectively communicate their findings to our team and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct dermatological research to develop new skin care products for the Gillette team.
  2. Utilize strong background in dermatology, skin care formulation, and research methodologies to create innovative solutions.
  3. Work in a fast-paced environment to meet product deadlines.
  4. Remain up-to-date on the regulatory requirements related to skin care products in order to ensure product compliance.
  5. Communicate research findings and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative beauty products.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for product development.
  8. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to make adjustments as necessary.

Job Qualifications
