Responsibilities:
- Lead research and development efforts to create innovative skin care formulations.
- Test new skin care formulations to ensure safety and quality.

- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to ensure product success.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure Gillette is ahead of the curve.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skin care formulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
