Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

As the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, you will be responsible for driving our CSR strategy and initiatives, and advocating for more responsible corporate practices.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Business, or Law; at least seven years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or corporate responsibility; and a proven track record of developing and managing successful CSR initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead Gillette’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and initiatives.
2. Advocate for more responsible corporate practices.
3. Work collaboratively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
4. Ensure Gillette’s CSR initiatives adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Monitor and report on the progress and success of CSR initiatives.
6. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the positive social impact of Gillette’s operations.
7. Research emerging trends and topics in the CSR field and develop innovative approaches to address them.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
9. Liaise with media and communications teams to promote Gillette’s CSR activities.
10. Provide advice and guidance on CSR-related matters to other departments.
