Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consumer insights strategies to identify consumer behavior trends and uncover actionable insights
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Develop data-driven models and predictive analytics to inform product and service strategies
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Develop strategic plans to identify, segment, and target key customer segments
- Design and conduct market research studies, focus groups, and surveys to gain customer insights
- Manage research projects from start to finish, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor management
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Advanced Degree In Behavioral Science Or Related Field
Proven Understanding Of Consumer Behavior Research Methodologies
Knowledge Of Data Analysis Techniques Such As Segmentation And Clustering
Experience With Survey Design And Research
