Responsibilities of a Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science:
- Develop and execute research and analysis plans to discover key insights in order to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data to uncover customer trends, needs and behavior in order to make effective business decisions.
- Create compelling stories and presentations to share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate research findings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in behavioral science.
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for research and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research and insights are being used to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance and data privacy standards.
