As a key member of our Insights & Analytics team, the Analyst will provide strategic insights and research solutions to help drive our business objectives.The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in behavioral science and 5+ years of experience in a research or data-related field. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to use data to develop persuasive stories. Responsibilities of a Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science:

  1. Develop and execute research and analysis plans to discover key insights in order to meet business objectives.
  2. Analyze data to uncover customer trends, needs and behavior in order to make effective business decisions.
  3. Create compelling stories and presentations to share insights with internal stakeholders.
  4. Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate research findings.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners.
  6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in behavioral science.
  7. Identify and recommend new opportunities for research and insights.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research and insights are being used to inform business decisions.
  9. Establish and maintain quality assurance and data privacy standards.
