Job Description

Are you an experienced consumer insights analyst who’s passionate about uncovering customer insights and driving business decisions? If so, you’ll want to join the Gillette team as a Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science.In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding customer behavior and using new and creative methods to uncover insights. You’ll be the subject matter expert, guiding the team on the best approaches and strategies for gaining customer insights, and translating those insights into actionable business solutions.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong background in consumer behavior and research, experience in designing and conducting customer insight studies, and a knack for uncovering key insights and trends. You’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the flexibility to work with a variety of stakeholders.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize consumer behavior research and studies to identify and uncover customer insights
  2. Recommend best approaches and strategies for gaining insights
  3. Translate customer insight into actionable business solutions
  4. Act as subject matter expert for the team on consumer behavior and research
  5. Develop and present customer insights to stakeholders
  6. Work both independently and in collaboration with the team
  7. Support project management and internal team initiatives
  8. Monitor customer trends and insights in the industry to stay updated
  9. Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights
