
Consumer Insights Analyst - Behavior Science

You’ll be the subject matter expert, guiding the team on the best approaches and strategies for gaining customer insights, and translating those insights into actionable business solutions.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong background in consumer behavior and research, experience in designing and conducting customer insight studies, and a knack for uncovering key insights and trends. Responsibilities:
- Utilize consumer behavior research and studies to identify and uncover customer insights
- Recommend best approaches and strategies for gaining insights
- Translate customer insight into actionable business solutions
- Act as subject matter expert for the team on consumer behavior and research
- Develop and present customer insights to stakeholders
- Work both independently and in collaboration with the team
- Support project management and internal team initiatives
- Monitor customer trends and insights in the industry to stay updated
- Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights
