
Supply Chain Data Steward
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Steward to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of our data management processes and help ensure accurate and timely data entry. The Supply Chain Data Steward will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain related data, including but not limited to inventory, procurement, shipping, and customer records. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a variety of software platforms and have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain management, logistics, or operations management, and have at least two years of experience in a data management role. You should also have strong knowledge of data analysis, data integration, and data visualization tools. In addition, you must have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A background in supply chain and/or inventory management is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain related data, including inventory, procurement, shipping, and customer records.
- Utilize data analysis, data integration, and data visualization tools to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain data management processes.
- Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data review.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions.
- Perform data audits and implement data security measures.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain and inventory performance.
