Sr. Supplier Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Supplier Quality Manager to join our Georgia-Pacific team. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring our suppliers consistently meet our high quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Supply Chain. Experience in the paper industry is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to develop and maintain positive supplier relationships. The successful candidate must also be an innovative leader, with the ability to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met.

7. Evaluate supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Lead supplier audits to verify the accuracy and validity of supplier data.
9. Analyze supplier performance data and provide relevant feedback to suppliers.
10. Create and maintain quality records to ensure compliance with regulations.
11. Identify and recommend improvements to existing quality assurance processes.
12. Train and mentor new staff in quality assurance processes.
