Responsibilities of Regional Manager of Lumber Operations:
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies and goals for lumber operations.
- Evaluate and analyze data to assess lumber operations performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor budgets for lumber operations and ensure compliance in all areas.
- Manage and motivate staff in the lumber operations department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in all lumber operations.
- Monitor and address customer service issues associated with lumber operations.
- Lead and coordinate meetings with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Create and implement plans for increasing efficiency and profitability of lumber operations.
- Analyze industry trends and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.
