Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
2. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and ensure team members are provided with necessary training and resources.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of the quality assurance team and take corrective action when needed.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
5. Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders and customers in relation to product quality.
6. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
7. Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Monitor and review quality performance data and create reports as needed.
9. Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
10. Develop and manage the quality assurance budget.
