
Power and Recovery Engineer
Georgia-Pacific is looking for an experienced and motivated Power and Recovery Engineer to join our team. This critical role requires a combination of technical and operational expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of our power and recovery systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in power plant systems and operations, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, works well in a team environment, and is willing to take initiative and ownership of their work.To be successful in this role, the Power and Recovery Engineer must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in a power plant or similar setting. - Create and maintain accurate records of all power and recovery systems operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and successful operations.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
