Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and implement packaging engineering processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
2. Analyze and modify existing packaging processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
3. Design and develop packaging solutions that meet customer needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.
4. Work with suppliers to procure materials and components to optimize product performance and cost.
5. Research and analyze current packaging technologies and trends to identify new opportunities for improvement.
6. Monitor and test packaging processes to ensure quality and safety.
7. Manage packaging projects from concept to production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
8. Develop and maintain technical documents including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
9. Train and mentor junior packaging engineering staff.
10. Develop and present reports on packaging engineering initiatives to management.
