Job Description

Georgia-Pacific is looking for a Commercial Revenue Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, the Commercial Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and leading initiatives that drive revenue growth and profit margin improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong business acumen, analytical proficiency, and excellent communication skills, and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment. If you have a passion for driving results, a commitment to continued learning, and a desire to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Finance, or a related field• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team• Experience working with large data sets and developing meaningful insights• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and profit margin improvements.
  2. Analyze large data sets to uncover meaningful insights.
  3. Create strategies to increase sales and profits.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to revenue management.
  5. Monitor and report on revenue performance.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  7. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate progress to stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Proactively identify new business opportunities.
