Job Description

Georgia-Pacific is looking for an experienced and analytical Analyst – Paper Planning and Systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing analytics for the supply chain of our paper products. To be successful in this role, you must be an effective communicator, have strong problem-solving skills, and possess a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, as well as three or more years of relevant experience in paper planning and systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain analytics for the supply chain of paper products.
  2. Analyze data to recommend strategies for increasing efficiency of the supply chain.
  3. Monitor and report on the performance of supply chain operations.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that supply chain objectives are met.
  5. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to optimize supply chain performance.
  6. Analyze trends and recommend cost saving solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
  9. Prepare accurate and timely reports for management.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
