Job Description

At Genesys, we are looking for a passionate Sustainability Analyst to join our team and help us reach our sustainability goals. This role requires a creative individual with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as well as a proven track record in sustainability and environmental practices.The Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for carrying out research, analysis, and reporting on sustainability initiatives and their impact on the environment. They must be able to work independently and in a team setting, while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the Sustainability Analyst must have a strong understanding of sustainability-related regulations, policies, and standards. Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on sustainability initiatives and their impact on the environment.
Develop and implement strategies to reach the company's sustainability goals.
Monitor and evaluate existing sustainability programs and suggest improvements.
Create reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives and their results.
Keep up to date with regulations, policies, and standards related to sustainability.
Foster collaboration and communication between stakeholders and team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to other departments on sustainability initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs on sustainability.
