Genesys is looking for an exceptional Sustainability Analyst who can make a positive impact on our organization. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sustainability and can work independently to identify and implement strategies that reduce our environmental impact. The successful candidate must have excellent analytical skills, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of environmental processes. The ideal candidate should have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field • At least two years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in a corporate setting • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling • Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A strong commitment to sustainability-related initiatives

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate sustainability initiatives and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
Research and develop data-driven sustainability plans and strategies to reduce environmental impact.
Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives.
Develop financial models to assess the cost-benefit of sustainability initiatives.
Monitor and analyze relevant environmental regulations and industry trends.
Prepare summaries and presentations to communicate results to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to promote sustainability.
Stay up to date on the latest sustainability technologies, methods, and best practices.
Seek out potential funding sources for sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sustainability is incorporated into their operations.
