Sustainability Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Sustainability Analyst at Genesys. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that’s driving our organization’s sustainability initiatives to the next level.To be successful in this position, you must bring a strong knowledge of sustainability principles and practices, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to seeing projects through to completion. A specialized degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.If you’re eager to make an impact at Genesys, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives at Genesys
• Utilize knowledge of sustainability principles and practices to lead projects to successful completion
• Monitor progress and develop reports on the progress of sustainability efforts
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives
• Consult with experts in environmental science and sustainability to inform initiatives
• Develop plans to ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations
• Research new technologies and solutions to improve sustainability efforts
