Genesys is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Sustainability Analyst to join our team and help us create a more sustainable future. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and evaluating the sustainability performance of our company.We are seeking an individual who is committed to environmental sustainability and has an interest in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and zero-waste initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as environmental science, engineering, or sustainability, as well as a minimum of two years of professional experience in sustainability or related areas. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of environmental policy, regulations, and best practices.If you are excited about the prospect of joining Genesys and making a difference in the world of sustainability, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and evaluate the sustainability performance of the company.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to promote environmental sustainability.
Analyze energy efficiency, renewable energy, and zero-waste initiatives.
Maintain strong knowledge of environmental policy, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability goals are met.
Research and analyze industry trends and updates to stay informed of developments in the sustainability field.
Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability performance and initiatives.
Develop and manage sustainability metrics and KPIs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
Develop and lead sustainability training programs.
