Job Description

Genesys is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our team and help us drive sustainability initiatives across all our business operations. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, who is passionate about sustainability and making an impact.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience working in a sustainability-focused role. You should also be familiar with sustainability-related metrics and have experience with data analysis, green initiatives, and sustainability reporting. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of sustainability principles, be well-versed in environmental protection regulations, and have a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impacts and improve our operations.
Monitor sustainability performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sustainability objectives are being achieved and communicated effectively.
Create reports and presentations to inform stakeholders of sustainability progress and related data.
Research and analyze industry trends and new technologies to ensure that our sustainability efforts are up-to-date and effective.
Develop procedures and policies to ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.
Educate team members on sustainability principles and their importance.
Participate in internal and external sustainability-related events.
Work with external stakeholders to raise awareness and support for sustainability efforts.
