The Genesys team is looking for an experienced Sustainability Analyst with a passion for sustainability initiatives and a commitment to making a positive impact on the planet. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sustainability strategies that drive results and reduce our environmental impact. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative team in a key role that will have a direct impact on our business.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in a sustainability role, preferably in the corporate sector. You must be passionate about promoting sustainable practices, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects. Furthermore, you must have a proven track record of working with stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies that are cost effective and reduce environmental impact.
Implement sustainability initiatives that are in line with corporate objectives and goals.
Monitor and evaluate sustainability initiatives to ensure they are meeting desired goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sustainability objectives.
Develop reports to track progress and success of sustainability initiatives.
Provide guidance and advice to internal teams on sustainability initiatives and best practices.
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the sustainability sector.
Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant external stakeholders.
Identify and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
