At Genesys, we are seeking an innovative and experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our team. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing sustainability initiatives that drive improvement in environmental, social, and economic performance. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across the organization, develop metrics and report progress to senior management, and provide guidance to teams on sustainability-related topics.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of sustainability principles, knowledge of energy and carbon management, and experience in developing sustainability strategies. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with stakeholders across the organization to achieve sustainability goals.This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the organization’s sustainability performance. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sustainability initiatives to improve environmental, social, and economic performance.
