Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineering Director to join Genesys and lead our software engineering team. As the leader of our software engineering department, you’ll be based in the Genesys headquarters and responsible for delivering successful software development projects on time and on budget.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering and experience leading a software engineering team. You should have a track record of success in developing and delivering innovative software products and services, as well as a passion for technology and software development.We’re looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering high quality results. The Software Engineering Director should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, including 5 years in a management or leadership position. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.If you’re a highly motivated software engineering leader with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
