Genesys is looking for a Senior Telecom Operations Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. This position requires a customer-focused individual with an in-depth knowledge of telecom engineering principles, practices, and techniques to be successful. The Senior Telecom Operations Engineer will be a key contributor to our team, responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our telecom solutions.We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in telecom operations engineering• Understanding of telecom technologies, such as VoIP, SIP, TDM, and PSTN• Strong knowledge of telecom networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, MPLS, and SIP• Experience with telecom infrastructure, such as switches, routers, and gateways• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsIf you have an enthusiasm for telecom engineering and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support telecommunications solutions for customers.
Monitor and troubleshoot telecom systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze telecom performance metrics.
Develop and deploy telecom systems and networks.
Maintain and update telecom system documentation.
Manage telecom infrastructure, such as switches, routers, gateways, and VoIP systems.
Train and mentor other telecom engineers.
Research and evaluate new telecom technologies.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
